SUPPLY CHAIN DIGITAL TWIN SERVICES

ChainView.

See the whole chain.
Decide what comes next.

Turn operational data into a working model of your supply chain. Test decisions before you make them in the real world.

A CLEARER VIEW OF COMPLEXITY

Your next decision deserves
more than a spreadsheet.

Supply chains rarely stand still. We help you connect the moving parts, understand the trade-offs and explore what could happen next.

01 / OUR EXPERTISE

From operational questions
to practical answers.

Focused project services, shaped around
the decisions your team needs to make.

01

Understand your network

Map material flows, data sources and decision points. Identify where a digital twin can add value and what it needs to work.

  • Supply chain diagnostic
  • Data readiness assessment
  • Use-case prioritisation
02

Build a working twin

Develop a model of your operations and validate its behaviour with your team, from one process to a connected network.

  • Process and network modelling
  • Scenario simulation
  • Model validation
03

Make the next move

Compare alternatives against your operating priorities, then turn the findings into an actionable decision and handover.

  • Inventory and capacity analysis
  • Cost and service trade-offs
  • Decision support and training

02 / EXPLORE THE POSSIBILITIES

What if your next shipment
arrives late?

A small change can travel across the whole chain.
Make the consequences visible.

Model assumptions and limits

This demonstration uses daily inventory arithmetic, not a calibrated digital twin. Demand is constant; replenishment is received at the start of day 10 plus the selected delay. Unfilled demand is treated as lost sales, not backorders. The chart shows closing stock over 24 days. No safety stock, capacity constraints, variability or costs are included. Project models are scoped and validated against your actual operations.
